Andrea Kappler is the Cataloging Manager at the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library in Evansville, Indiana, where she has worked for 27 years. Andrea has worked in Technical Services for over 30 years. She has an MLS from Indiana University and has served on various ALA committees. She has presented on topics ranging from outsourcing to BISAC conversion to Linked Data.

Janetta (Jan) Waterhouse is the Director of Technical Services and Library Systems at University at Albany, SUNY. She holds certifications in Human Resource Management and as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Her areas of professional interest are leadership, change management, library technology, and project management—how they intersect and their impact on individuals, departments, and organizations.
