This presentation discusses the challenges, successes, and methods used in revamping the acquisitions workflows at Georgia College’s Russell Library. The presenters will give insight into how they were able to overhaul these workflows while also changing the culture of the Collection and Resource Services department from one of silos to one of collaboration.
