Abstract
The specific research question in this project is related to the consistency when clinicians, case managers and intake specialist when using the electronic client database/system called CDT. The research question is will using the system more effectively help with discrepancies within the Behavioral Health Department. The goal is to provide a manual that demonstrates the steps on how to use the system effectively and correctly. The objective is to eliminate discrepancies within CDT amongst employees of Vantage Aging in the Behavioral Health Department. The motivators for this project are to have all clinical staff following the same instruction for notes, treatment plans, and any other documentation. The system is big enough that it allows mistakes, and the clinical director would like staff to understand how the system is best used. Consistency is the main objective. Making sure that all documents can be located and viewed for any number of reasons without fault is the primary goal.

I created a manual to help people use the client record system at my agency a lot easier with visual instruction.
