GRAB (Grades, Relationships, Attitudes and Behaviors) is an acronym used to target four essential components that support student engagement and academic performance for successful overall student performance. In this session participants will discuss the impact of schools/districts, families and the community as it relates to African American males. Participants also will discuss how a handful of words can be used to engage minority students and change the course, trajectory and outcomes of academic and personal success.
