For those unfamiliar or unaffiliated with NPHC organizations and serve in advising capacities, there may be some anxiousness in understanding how these historically significant organizations functions. This session serves as a beginning conversation of how NPHC organizations differ from IFC/NPC organizations, and how as an advisor, your skills set and content knowledge must adjust to better serve these organizations.
