Abstract
This symposium introduction examines the transformative effects of globalization and technological advancements on the legal profession, contextualized within the American Bar Association's Ethics 20/20 initiative. The author discusses how these forces challenge traditional notions of legal practice, professional responsibility, and ethical standards.
