Abstract

This edition enhances its "learning by doing" approach by incorporating a broader variety of contexts to promote deeper understanding. Features such as "practical tips" and "background boxes" provide students with real-world applications of evidence law. Given that trials are the primary context for evidence law, the book includes sample objections to help students apply the rules they are learning. To aid in organizing and synthesizing material, each chapter begins with an outline and concludes with a review section. This edition also updates the Confrontation Clause material and continues to highlight ethical considerations concerning lawyers and the use of evidence.
