Technical Services librarians are faced with multiple changes in workflows, budgets, and technology. There has been plenty of talk about the future, but the future is now and we have decisions and choices to make today. What practices and workflows should we adopt now to thrive in a climate of ongoing change?

8:30 AM-4 PM: Pre-conference workshop: Map cataloging workshop with Paige Andrew (separate registration)
5-7 PM: Conference Registration & Reception with light hors d'oeuvres
7-8 PM: Akron history (Mary Plazo, Akron-Summit County Public Library) and The University of Akron's sesquicentennial (Vic Fleischer, University of Akron, University Archives)
Monday, May 18
Keynote: Andrea Kappler (Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library) will speak on a public library’s experience partnering with Zepheira to convert their MARC records to BIBFRAME/Linked Data

Conference registration cost, which includes breakfast and lunch both days and dinner excursion Monday is expected to be on par with past OVGTSL conferences (ca. $140-$160).
